Accessibility Statement
Our conformance target for this site, what we have done to meet it, and what we know is still outstanding.
Conformance target
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA for this website. We build to the same target in client work, and treat accessibility as an acceptance criterion rather than a later remediation task.
What we have implemented
- Body text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, and large text at least 3:1, in every section including the dark ones
- All interactive elements are reachable by keyboard and show a visible focus ring
- A skip link jumps past the navigation to the main content
- One
h1per page, with a heading hierarchy that does not skip levels - Form fields use real, programmatically associated labels — never placeholder text alone
- Errors are announced to assistive technology and describe how to fix the problem
- No information is conveyed by colour alone
- Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology; meaningful images carry alternative text
prefers-reduced-motionis honoured — scroll reveals, the animated hero backdrop, and the ticker all stop- Content is readable and usable without JavaScript
Known limitations
- The site has not yet had an independent accessibility audit — the statement above reflects our own testing
- The scroll-driven delivery process section presents as a plain stacked list on small screens and under reduced motion; the content is identical, but the presentation differs
- Third-party embeds added later, such as a map or a scheduling widget, may not meet the same standard, and we will note it here if so
Assistive technology
We test with keyboard navigation and with the screen readers built into the platforms our visitors use. If you use a combination we have not covered and something does not work, we would genuinely like to hear about it.
Reporting a barrier
If any part of this site prevents you from doing what you came to do, tell us through the contact page and describe what happened. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to fix confirmed barriers in the next release.
Our commitment
Accessibility is not a milestone we pass once. We re-check it whenever we ship a change to this site, and we would rather delay a feature than ship one that excludes people.
