Terms of Service
The terms on which this website is made available. These govern the site itself — engagement terms are set out in the MSA and SOW.
1. These terms
This website is operated by Laxora Software Private Limited. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Nothing here is an offer
Content on this site is provided for information only. It does not constitute a contractual offer, a quotation, or professional advice, and nothing on it creates an obligation on either of us. A binding relationship arises only under a signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
3. Intellectual property

You may view and print pages for your own reference and for evaluating us as a supplier. You may not republish, sell, or systematically extract the content without our written permission.
Third-party names and marks referred to on this site remain the property of their owners and are used only to describe technologies we work with.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site unlawfully, or to send unlawful or abusive material
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
- Do not introduce malicious code, or attempt denial of service
- Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others
If you find a security vulnerability, please tell us rather than exploit it. Our security page explains how.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including loss of profits, business, or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
