Three ways to work together
Resell, refer or co-deliver.
| Model | How it works | Client relationship | What you earn | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Resell (white-label) | You contract with your client, and we deliver to you as your subcontractor | Yours, entirely | Partner rates below our standard rates; you set your own margin on top | Ongoing builds you want to keep in-house in your clients’ eyes |
| Refer | You introduce the client, and we contract and deliver directly | Ours, with you credited | A share of the fees we collect, rising once you have referred several clients, and continuing into the second year | Work outside your offer, such as large platforms or long-term pods |
| Co-deliver | You lead strategy and design, and we do the engineering | Shared, as agreed | Each side bills its own scope, or you lead and bill the whole job | Projects where your design is the reason you won |
How white-label works day to day
Your client never has to meet us.
A shared Slack channel with your team
Your project manager stays client-facing.
Our delivery manager reports to your PM
The two of them are the only route between our engineers and your project.
Your brand on everything
Documents, demo environments and sprint reports.
Sprint demos you present
To your client as your own, every two weeks.
Your process, if you have one
If you don’t, ours: written exit gates, PR review and automated tests on every change.
What protects you
Six terms, in the partner agreement.
- A long non-solicit on your clients
- We won’t contact them, pitch them or take work from them directly, and if they approach us we’ll decline and tell you.
- No direct contact with your client
- Unless you ask for it.
- Mutual NDA
- Before you share anything.
- Mutual non-solicit of each other’s staff
- Both ways, for the same period, stated in the partner agreement.
- IP passes to your client on payment
- So your contract with them stays clean.
- Named engineers who stay on your account
- With the same no-rotation terms our direct clients get.
See how we contract for the full set of clauses.
What we build for agencies
The work you’re currently turning down.
- Web applications and customer portals (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular; Node.js, Laravel, Django, .NET)
- Custom Shopify and WooCommerce apps, integrations and headless builds
- CRM, ERP and payment integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe and others)
- Mobile apps (React Native, Flutter, native Android and iOS)
- SaaS MVPs with multi-tenancy and subscription billing
- Accessibility remediation against WCAG 2.1 AA, for clients affected by the European Accessibility Act
Commercials
Small enough to test us on a real job.
- Fixed-scope work
- Our minimum is deliberately smaller than most offshore outfits’, so you can test us on a real job rather than betting a flagship account on us.
- Pods for ongoing work
- Priced monthly at partner rates.
- Payment
- Fixed-scope work is billed against milestones; pods are invoiced monthly. The schedule is set out in the agreement before anything starts.
- Referral commission
- Paid monthly, shortly after we receive your client’s payment, in GBP, AED, USD or INR.
Partner launch offer
Two ways we take the risk first.
A reduced-fee Discovery on your first project.
Approve before you pay.
The first build milestone is invoiced only after you’ve approved the first sprint demo.
How to start
A call, an NDA, a free scope, a first project.
A 15-minute call
Tell us what work you’re turning down or struggling to staff.
Mutual NDA and partner agreement
Usually signed within a week.
Free scoping for your next pitch
Send us the brief and we’ll return an approach, a team and an estimate you can put in your proposal, inside the week.
Your first project
On partner rates, under your brand.
Questions
The five agencies ask first.
Will you ever contact our client directly?
Only if you ask us to. If your client approaches us, we decline and tell you. That holds for a long period after the last project for that client, set out in the partner agreement.
Can your engineers join our client calls?
Yes, if you’d like them to. Most partners introduce them as part of their delivery team, and they’ll follow your communication guidelines.
What if we have no project manager?
Our delivery manager can run delivery under your brand, and you keep the client relationship.
Do you work with agencies outside the UK and UAE?
Yes. Our London and Dubai hubs cover UK, European and Gulf time zones. Contracts are with Laxora Software Private Limited, India.
How is referral commission taxed?
You invoice us for the commission. We’ll confirm the paperwork we need, such as tax forms for overseas payments, when you sign the partner agreement.
Stop turning the work down.
Tell us what you're declining or struggling to staff. Every contract is with Laxora Software Private Limited, India, and your client never has to know we exist.
- First response within one business day
- NDA in place before any disclosure
- Scoped proposal, not a generic quote
